Greenville, S.C. (April 4, 2023) – The Barbara Stone Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on supporting visionary and creative programs for individuals with disabilities, is hosting Bingo Bash, a free family-friendly event on Sunday, May 7, 2023, from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. The 6th annual Bingo Bash, which will be held at Brewery 85 at 6 Whitlee Court in Greenville, includes free Bingo games with a chance for attendees to win prizes and bid on a variety of goods, services, and specialty items during the silent auction. All proceeds collected and donations made during Bingo Bash will benefit the Barbara Stone Foundation.
Ji-Roz’s One Eyed Donkey food truck will sell food, and Brewery 85 will offer a variety of craft beers and beverages for purchase. Spinx’ Cluk Truk will also have a limited amount of food prepared, available to the first 150 attendees. The 2023 supporters and sponsors of Bingo Bash include Brewery 85, Carolina Drive In, Don Clardy of Northwestern Mutual, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, Southern First, Saad & Manios, LLC, Earthwise Pet Supply at Woodruff Road, KeyMark, Inc., The Skenteris Family, Center for Developmental Services, David’s Table, QT, and WSPA-TV.
During Bingo Bash, the Barbara Stone Foundation will present its Spring 2023 Community Innovations Grants to organizations that invest in programs and initiatives that empower individuals with disabilities, bridge gaps in existing programs and provide solutions to issues faced by the disability community. The 2023 Barbara Stone Leadership Award will also be presented during Bingo Bash to a leader who has shown the same commitment, initiative, and spirit as the late Barbara Stone, who made a profound impact on the quality of life for people living with disabilities in Greenville County.
